S&F Style always strives to bring you the highest quality products. We don’t compromise on the quality. Therefore, we put stringent checks on selecting the best products to meet your expectations. In an unlikely event of product not meeting your expectations you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase.

We cannot accept returns for products that were:

  • Misused, damaged, or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under 30 days.
  • Used or altered however defective products are eligible for returns.
  • Lingerie, jewelry, disposable items unless they are defective.
  • Toiletries and perfumes.
  • 30 Days for return start with the delivery or collection of your order.
  • 30 Days specified in our policy are Calendar days and not business days.
  • The returns can only be accepted via the online channel. At present we don’t accept returns through store/warehouse.

Please ensure before returning the item that you have the original receipt for your order. S&F Style keeps the right to not accept the return if you fail to prove your identity.


Refunds are dependent upon the type of payment method you choose while placing the order.

  • Cash On Delivery: 2-3 Business Days.
  • Credit Card: 10-15 Business Days and depends upon your bank.
  • Debit Card: 10-15 Business Days and depends upon your bank.
  • Benefit Pay: 2-3 Business Days.
  • PayPal: As per the policy specified by PayPal.
  • Direct Bank Account Transfer: 2-3 Business Days.

Note: There may be some unlikely event of refunds being delayed by the banks. Those can be closures due to unavoidable circumstances like COVID-19 or emergencies imposed by the government. Hence, S&F Style will not be responsible for any such delays, however, we promise you that the S&F Style team will co-operate with you at its best to resolve your issues.


  • S&F Style carefully lists the size on its product pages however if you have mistakenly placed the order for a product that does not fit you, you can exchange it only with the same item however with a different size provided it is in stock.
  • Exchanges are only possible when your desired item size is in stock.
  • If your desired item size goes out of stock, S&F Style will inform you about the unavailability and you are requested to co-operate with our staff.


Cancellations are only possible when your item is not in transit or is not already delivered to you.

If your item was already delivered, then it does not qualify for cancellation however you can initiate a return provided it is eligible for return and meets the return criteria specified by S&F Style.
